About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse - SANE Project Coordinator to provide project management support, coordinate training and education, and foster strategic partnerships within the organization and community. ________________________________________ Position Overview: The Clinical Nurse - SANE Project Coordinator offers project management support to leaders and team members, ensuring successful implementation of initiatives. This role involves coordinating training programs, clinical hours, and ongoing education efforts, overseeing grant resources, reporting, and financial management. The coordinator collaborates with learning institutes and develops strategic relationships with community partners, ensuring quality customer service and professional representation of the team and department. The ideal candidate leverages clinical expertise and project coordination skills to advance organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience,
- 3-5 years of forensic nursing experience required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and develop strategic relationships.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
Nice To Haves
- Master’s Degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support project management activities for departmental and organizational initiatives.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, clinical hours, and ongoing education programs.
- Oversee grant resources, ensure accurate reporting, and manage financial aspects related to projects.
- Collaborate with learning institutes and develop strategic relationships with community partners.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality customer service and maintain professional representation of the department.
- Assist in planning and executing community outreach and engagement activities.
- Monitor project progress, document outcomes, and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Attend and Support Monroe County Sexual Assault Response Team (SART)
