Requirements

• BSN required
• Active Oregon RN license
• 5+ years of patient care experience
• 4+ years of leadership or management experience
• BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage patient care delivery and clinical operations
• Oversee staffing, resources, budgeting, and compliance
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Drive quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives
• Hire, train, and mentor nursing staff
