Provide education through in-services (account calls) to HCPs and HCP staff on Product specific information including but not limited to Product information, dise as e state information, dosing protocols and information, administration of product, and adverse events of Product. To present educational programs to Healthcare Professionals in accordance with the needs of each office Engage in Program related communications with client’s field-bas ed sales force (representatives and district managers). Communicate to the Manager any concerns identified during the in-service education process. The Manager will serve as the single point of contact with Merck for all Program related communication. Accurate and timely reporting of all visits, including but not limited to the type of education conducted, length of visit, and office that w as visited. A visit is defined as a customer interaction-in-services and scheduled or unscheduled customer engagements. Report on interactions with HCPs and HCP staff Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner . Some of these could include but are not limited to; daily computer updates, weekly summary of activity reports, emails and monthly expense reports Coordinate and schedule travel to oncology offices with client Sales Representatives Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers To attend and complete all training courses and related competency as sessments that Inizio or the Client requires , to an appropriate standard and within a specified timeframe Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences, as required, to keep abre as t of plans, activities and developments and to exchange knowledge and experience within the team Maintain all company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructions. Comply with all Inizio Policies and Procedures, along with all Client Policies and Procedures as Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws. To possess a full valid US driver’s license at all times and to notify the company immediately of any offences or accumulation of penalty points Perform other duties as requested
