About The Position

Phoenix Children's is hiring full time Operating Room Nurses for the Arrowhead Hospital, located at 67th Avenue/Glendale! As a Circulating Operating Room nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients by assessing, planning, educating, implementing, and evaluating age-appropriate care circulating in the operating room. You will work alongside some of the best surgeons, anesthesiologists, techs, and nurses in the valley. This position does require a minimum of 1 year circulating nurse experience (pediatric preferred), or Periop 101 training along with a passion to work in a state of the art community hospital surgery department. Requirements

• minimum of 1 year circulating nurse experience (pediatric preferred), or Periop 101 training along with a passion to work in a state of the art community hospital surgery department
• Two year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree. (Required)
• Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date. (Required)
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association prior to start date. (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or currently enrolled in an RN to BSN program. (Preferred)
