This position serves as the essential link between the clinic and the community, ensuring that patients have access to the resources, support, and advocacy they need to thrive. If you’re passionate about equity, relationship‑building, and helping families overcome barriers, this role offers the opportunity to create lasting change in the lives of those who need it most. Why This Role Matters Sickle cell disease impacts far more than health — it affects families’ emotional, social, and economic well‑being. As a Clinical Navigator, you become a steady, knowledgeable partner walking alongside families as they navigate these challenges.
