As we prepare for rapid expansion throughout California and neighboring states, we are seeking a Clinical Marketing Director to serve as the strategic bridge between clinical excellence and market growth. This is a high-impact role responsible for translating complex clinical data into compelling value propositions that drive physician adoption and enhance our reputation as a premier DME provider.

Requirements

  • Must hold an active RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) credential.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in working as a respiratory therapist with patients; minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing or sales, specifically within home respiratory, Home Medical Equipment (HME) or post-acute care.
  • Deep knowledge of respiratory equipment (Ventilators, Vests, Oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP) and the associated disease states (COPD, ALS, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Medicare/Medi-Cal reimbursement rules and DMEPOS quality standards.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to simplify complex clinical data for various audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • MBA or advanced clinical degree preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish desired

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute clinical sales and marketing strategies for our respiratory portfolio (Ventilators, Oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP) aligned with rapid geographic scaling.
  • Value Proposition: Translate clinical evidence, patient outcomes, and physician insights into clear messaging for hospital decision-makers and referral sources.
  • Market Positioning: Identify barriers to physician adoption and develop clinical initiatives that support product utilization and procedural growth.
  • Referral Growth: Build deep relationships with hospitals, home health agencies, and physician groups.
  • Clinical In-Services: Lead high-level clinical presentations and educational workshops for healthcare professionals regarding advanced respiratory therapies.
  • Physician Engagement: Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for key opinion leaders (KOLs) and high-volume referral sources.
  • Compliance Alignment: Collaborate with the RCM and Compliance teams to ensure all marketing materials adhere to Medicare, Medi-Cal, and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Product Launches: Lead clinical marketing components for new product rollouts, ensuring differentiation is clearly communicated to the market.
