About The Position

The Clinical Manager at Key Essentials to Behavior Management is responsible for leading and overseeing all clinic activities for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clients, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the California clinic. This hybrid position entails fulfilling clinic management responsibilities for 40% of the time and acting as a Supervisor 60% of the time. The Clinical Manager will ensure the smooth running of the clinic, provide supervision and support to Key Essential staff, coordinate essential client care services, and maintain a high standard of care for clients with disabilities. Additional coordination responsibilities may be phased in as the role develops and BCBA certification is completed.

Requirements

  • Must be in the process of obtaining certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the field of behavior analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles, behavior management techniques, and data collection methods.
  • Experience in conducting functional behavior assessments and creating behavior support plans.
  • Exceptional leadership and managerial skills to effectively supervise and support staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients, families, and other professionals.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to modify treatment plans.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines governing behavior analysis services.
  • Proficiency in using electronic data collection systems, scheduling software, and EHR systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different locations as necessary.
