About The Position

We’re looking for a Clinical Site Manager to join our Priest Drive Recovery Health Center in Tempe. 💙 This is a licensed clinician role — LCSW, LPC, or LISAC required. You’ll guide a multidisciplinary team serving adults with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and co-occurring disorders, ensuring every service we provide meets the highest standards of care. The purpose of the Clinical Manager position is to assist the Senior Director of Recovery Services (and Health Center Director) in the overall direction of the Recovery Centers. The position provides leadership, coordination and clinical supervision to multidisciplinary teams and assists Recovery Centers with quality improvement duties.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years post-graduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting
  • One (1) year in leadership role in relevant setting (inpatient or outpatient setting, as appropriate)
  • Must have experience working with mental health and substance use with patients and their families.
  • Masters or higher degree in Social Services
  • Current licensure/registration as LCSW, LPC or LIAC
  • Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 3 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy
  • Must have or be able to attain CPR/First Aid certification within 7 days of assuming role.
  • Good communication skills, evidenced by a non-judgmental approach, effective listening and positive interactions.
  • Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.
  • Must pass a background check, drug screen and TB Test

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates the company mission, purpose, values and beliefs in everyday language and contact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • In conjunction with the Senior Director Recovery Services and Health Center Clinical Directors, acts as the clinical support of the program and establishes clinical systems and standards of care.
  • Provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  • Plans, organizes, directs, and controls clinical services and is responsible for administrative functioning of clinical services departments.
  • Continually communicates with community partners and customers to ensure continuity of care for members served. Ensures program functions smoothly within the larger behavioral health system by building and maintaining relationships with community partners.
  • Reviews and signs off on Assessments and Individual Service Plans
  • Establishes and maintains a recovery culture and philosophy within the Recovery Centers.
  • Promotes and maintains good relationships and communication between departments.
  • Aids in creating policies and procedures that address clinical quality and risk.
  • Completes incident reports and summaries for regulatory agencies, as necessary.
  • Interviews, selects and trains employees and/or interns to ensure department objectives are met with low turnover and high retention rates
