About The Position

AuthoraCare Collective is currently seeking a Clinical Manager; Primary Care - AuthoraCare House Calls. This position is full-time in person Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (office base: High Point). CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Job Summary: The Clinical Manager provides leadership, oversight, and direction for the clinical operations of the House Calls Primary Care practice and palliative care services. This role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care delivered in the home setting, with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence, care coordination, patient safety, and team development. The Clinical Manager serves as a liaison between providers, nursing staff, office staff, and leadership to optimize workflows, support staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Requirements

  • Current RN license (BSN preferred; MSN a plus).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care, home health, hospice, or geriatrics.
  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience; preferably in multispecialty or group practice settings.
  • Strong knowledge of chronic disease management, palliative principles, and home-based care delivery.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license required.
  • Must carry automobile liability insurance at limits required by agency.
  • Must have own transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily leadership for LPNs, CMAs, RNs, SW, and other clinical staff supporting the House Calls practice and palliative care services
  • Supervise and evaluate clinical staff performance; provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
  • Support providers (MDs, NPs) in care delivery by ensuring appropriate clinical workflows, resources, and staff coverage.
  • Oversee triage, after-hours call protocols, and urgent response processes to ensure patient needs are met promptly and safely.
