About The Position

The Clinical Manager is responsible for the clinical operations, supervision, and overall quality of care within the Acute Care Campus. The Acute Care Campus includes a 24/7 Walk-In Crisis Clinic, Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU), and Acute Treatment Unit. The Clinical Manager ensures safe, effective, trauma-informed services while supporting staff development, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient outcomes. This leader serves as a key partner in creating a culture of integrity, clinical excellence, and teamwork in a fast-paced behavioral health emergency setting. AllHealth Network is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and provide clinical leadership across our walk-in crisis clinic, crisis stabilization unit, and acute treatment unit.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
  • LCSW, LPC, LMFT (dual licensure preferred, LAC).
  • Minimum 3 years in mental health settings with supervisory experience.
  • Strong clinical expertise, leadership ability, and knowledge of managed care regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams with a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach.
  • Provide clinical consultation and decision support in high-acuity situations.
  • Drive operational excellence for 24/7 services, ensuring seamless collaboration across nursing, medical staff, and administration.
  • Promote safety, dignity, and patient-centered care for individuals in crisis.
  • Mentor and develop supervisors and team leads, fostering growth and accountability.
  • Monitor clinical outcomes and ensure program fidelity to evidence-based practices.
  • Partner with leadership on budgeting, staffing models, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Represent AllHealth Network as an ambassador in the community, building strong partnerships.
