Requirements

  • A valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license, BSN recommended.
  • At least two [2] years of home health experience with roles reflective of progressive responsibility, including supervision in home health.
  • A reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and drive a vehicle with insurance limits as established by the state
