About The Position

Nightingale Visiting Nurses is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with home health experience to join our team as a Clinical Manager in our Taunton, Massachusetts office. For over 26 years, our organization has been committed to delivering high-quality patient care and supporting clinicians with strong leadership and operational support. Our team recently completed a successful state survey with excellent outcomes, demonstrating our strong clinical standards and supportive leadership environment.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN License
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Home Health experience strongly preferred
• OASIS experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and supervision to field clinicians
• Conduct SOC, ROC, and Recertification visits when needed
• Review and approve OASIS documentation and care plans
• Ensure compliance with Medicare home health regulations
• Serve as liaison between patients, physicians, and clinical staff
• Assist with staff training, mentoring, and evaluations
• Participate in on-call rotation
