About the Unit: The Mount Carmel East Labor and Delivery has 12 labor beds, 5 high risk antepartum beds, and 5 triage beds. There are 2 OR rooms with a 2 bed recovery room. The types of patients you will see will be high risk labors, scheduled cesareans, unscheduled or emergent cesareans, trauma patients and antepartum patients. About the job: The Clinical Manager, under the direction of the Nurse Manager or Department Director, plans, organizes, staffs and directs patient care on a daily operational basis in accordance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. Functions within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of the Organization.
