As a Clinical Manager you will l ead care delivery and clinical operations transformations that improve throughput, utilization, and frontline performance for providers and payers. Y our primary responsibilities may include: Design and implement care delivery models, workflows, and utilization management solutions Drive measurable improvements in patient flow, capacity, LOS, and avoidable utilization Partner with clinical leaders to operationalize evidence‑based pathways and workforce models Travel As needed, could be up to 80% Why Join the Accenture Healthcare Team? Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of consulting experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in care delivery operations, utilization management, or clinical performance improvement
  • Bachelor's Degree

Nice To Haves

  • Clinical background (RN, MD, PA) or significant experience working with clinical leaders
  • Experience with prior authorization, or throughput optimization
  • Exposure to EHR‑enabled workflow redesign (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
  • Ability to translate clinical strategy into operational execution

Responsibilities
