The Clinical Learning and Development Coordinator plays a pivotal role in strengthening Heritage’s clinical workforce through high-quality training, education, and competency-building initiatives. This full-time role supports agency-wide professional development by: Identifying and responding to clinical training needs Supporting evidence-based practice implementation Enhancing clinician skill development Ensuring compliance with training requirements from funders, licensing bodies, and accrediting organizations The Coordinator will collaborate closely with leadership, clinical teams, and subject-matter experts to design and facilitate training for new and emerging professionals, enhance evidence-based practice fidelity, and support long-term workforce development.
