Requirements

Current licensure in good standing to practice in the State of Maine as an LCSW
Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

Review and sign off on Care Plans to ensure clinical appropriateness, compliance with regulatory standards, and alignment with person-centered goals.
Conduct regular clinical supervision meetings to support staff development, clinical decision-making, and adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to identify training needs and implement professional development initiatives.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that promotes shared learning and accountability.
Monitor documentation quality and provide feedback to Case Managers to support continuous improvement.
Direct the care management and coordination activities across the team.
Coordinate with network providers/team players involved with patients and their families (e.g. Case managers, psychiatrists, teachers, law enforcement, etc.)
Serve as a clinical resource and consultant to Case Managers, offering guidance on complex cases, care coordination, and behavioral health interventions.
