Visit us online at https://bhconnections.org Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Tempe, AZ is seeking a dynamic and talented Clinical Lead to join the team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. Referral Management Clinical Lead has the responsibility of supervising and providing assistance to the Clinical Director with clinical oversight of the Referral Management Clinicians and Nurses. Duties include support with review of clinical assessment/referral documentation, daily communication with referral sources regarding patient case status, new hire orientation, and training of Clinicians and Nurses in workflow processes and procedures

Requirements

  • Nursing Degree or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.
  • Current license in state as a Licensed Professional Counselor (“LPC”), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (“LMFT”), Licensed Master Social Worker (“LMSW”), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (“LCSW”), or Registered Nurse (“RN”).
  • Current CPR, if required by a customer hospital. (“Customer hospital” means the hospital to which BHC is contracted to provide mobile assessment services.)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Required 1-3 years of similar experience / Leadership experience
  • Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills are critical components of this job.

  • Preferred 3-5 years of similar experience

Responsibilities

  • Duties include help with team scheduling, filling in for call offs as appropriate, and daily reports.
  • Support with review of clinical assessment/referral documentation.
  • Filing of involuntary commitment paperwork (where applicable)
  • Daily communication with referral sources regarding patient case status
