Clinical Laboratory Technical Supervisor
About The Position
This position is for a dynamic, employee-focused lab leader to ensure efficient and reliable diagnostic care across various benches in a busy reference lab. The role involves overseeing operations for a high volume of testing and supporting employee production and knowledge. The supervisor will provide general operational supervision to assigned personnel under the direction of a director/manager, and is responsible for organizing, directing, and controlling workflow to improve processes for high-quality and cost-effective services. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology
- Four (4) years’ training and experience in high-complexity testing in the respective specialty
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science
- MLS or Specialty Certification
- One (1) year of supervisory experience
