About The Position
A medical facility located near Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a full-time, permanent Clinical Laboratory Director to join their team! The Clinical Laboratory Director Job Opportunity: Full-time, direct hire position Mon-Fri schedule, day shift with extra hours as needed Great leadership and administration team! The Laboratory Director is responsible for the overall operation and administration of the laboratory. They plan, implement, evaluate, and manage all aspects of laboratory operations, compliance and regulatory practice standards, business development and outreach initiatives, operations and capital budget planning and management, employee, and customer relations.
Requirements
- Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a laboratory science or related field
- Must have active Florida MT license in Chemistry, Hematology, Serology, Microbiology, and Immunopathology
- Must have ASCP or AMT certification
Responsibilities
