Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) - Nights - Chula Vista
About The Position
This is a full-time position (64 hours per two week pay period) with night shifts, including every other weekend and shared holidays, at Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista. Training will be during day shifts for the first 3.5 months. The role includes a $10k retention incentive and $3k relocation assistance for eligible new hires. Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or degree acceptable for California Laboratory Licensure
- CDPH Licensure: MTA (Clinical Laboratory Scientist) Licensed to perform work in all areas of the Clinical Lab
Nice To Haves
- One year equivalent full time in a clinical laboratory
- Blood bank experience
