About The Position

We are currently seeking a Clinical Intern to join our Greeley team. This paid internship is ideal for graduate students seeking hands-on clinical experience in a supportive setting. Interns will gain exposure to a wide range of clinical practices while working under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional.

Requirements

• Actively in master's program with a focus in behavioral sciences (Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Solid computer and internet application skills
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Ability to pass a background check and meet health requirements

Nice To Haves

• Experience in residential treatment or behavioral health is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions under supervision.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support treatment planning and progress.
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and clinical trainings.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with agency and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in weekly supervision to develop clinical skills and professional identity.
• Apply trauma-informed care and evidence-based interventions with adolescent and young adult clients.
