About The Position

The Clinical Instructor, Simulation will assist in facilitating simulation experiences for first-semester nursing students (N1 level) during their long-term care semester. This part-time position plays a key role in supporting a dynamic and realistic learning environment where students can practice clinical decision-making, teamwork, and communication skills in a safe, simulated setting. This position will primarily involve working every Monday and Tuesday throughout the semester during weeks when N1 simulations are scheduled. Outside of those weeks, hours are flexible throughout the semester and during the summer. Additional days and hours may be available. We are especially interested in candidates with long-term care experience, as this aligns with the focus of the N1 curriculum. Having a content expert in this area is a tremendous asset when designing and facilitating realistic simulations.
