About The Position
Under the supervision of the Education Director, implements the educational program goals and objectives of the Department of Education for all BMH personnel. The Clinical Instructor develops implements, manages, and maintains a preceptor/orientation program. This process includes training and supervision of staff with the identified core competencies, in-service and continuing education. Maintains data to measure participation and trends with competence. Assists with facilitation of hospital-wide process improvement projects including policy creation/revision. Establishes professional rapport and works to assist all departments in this endeavor through collaborative communication and appropriate decision-making process.
