Role Snapshot Service and repair STERIS and competitor medical devices in hospitals. Execute PMs, warranty/service calls, installations, and field upgrades. Leverage digital platforms for troubleshooting, compliance, and documentation. Collaborate with Tech Support, Engineering, and Service Contract Management to resolve escalations. Educate Customers, present repair options and pricing, and coordinate with Sales to elevate the Customer experience and identify opportunities. Travel within your assigned territory to support multiple facilities as needed. Who You Are Background in hands-on trades such as HVAC, maintenance, refrigeration, boilers/chillers, mechanical/equipment repair, diesel/automotive, aviation, plumbing, or electrical. Comfortable working independently in hospital environments and communicating with clinical staff.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED plus 4+ years of work experience, including 2+ years in a mechanical/technical capacity.
  • An associate degree, applicable certifications, competitive equipment training, or related military experience may fulfill the technical requirement.
  • Proven Customer engagement and teaming skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Computer literacy (Windows, email, navigation, mobile apps, multi-system data entry).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early/late shifts and possible overnights as business and Customer needs dictate.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability meet all required background and physical assessment elements to obtain and maintain existing and new vendor credentialing requirements.
  • Candidates must reside in Oregon to support the assigned territory.
