Clinical Educator, Virtual Training
About The Position
The Virtual Clinical Educator plays a key role within the Sales and Marketing organization, focusing on maintaining and improving customer education. This involves developing class curriculums, executing virtual classes, and continuously improving content to meet the learning needs of partners. The role requires a strong understanding of the company's products, proficiency in computer programs used for virtual platforms, strong presentation skills, and knowledge of adult education principles. This individual will be responsible for effectively training and motivating partners to become successful trainers, as well as training nursing staff on product use and practical applications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in education and/or in the dialysis industry
- Very strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter, energetic, with an infectious, positive, can-do attitude.
- Previous product experience required.
Nice To Haves
- PCT, CCHT, or above preferred.
Responsibilities
- Understand and be proficient using Teams, Word, Excel, “OBS”, SalesForce, and other audio and visual technology related to virtual meetings
- Effectively train and motivate our partners to be successful trainers
- Effectively train nursing staff on product use and practical applications
- Create virtual curriculums to address educational needs
- Implement and execute virtual education sessions as necessary (basic, advanced) for our partners.
- Maintain product competency through keeping up-to-date on product and procedural changes.
- Other duties as assigned.
