Mass General Brigham Medical Group, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization focused on patient care, research, teaching, and community service, striving for exceptional care. The Mass General Brigham Medical Group is a system-led entity delivering high-quality, low-cost, innovative community-based ambulatory care, bringing healthcare closer to patients. They offer primary care, specialty care, behavioral and mental health, urgent care, outpatient surgery, endoscopy, imaging, cardiac testing, and infusion across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. The organization is seeking a full-time, 40-hour Clinical Educator to join the Mass General Brigham Medical Group team. This hybrid role is primarily onsite, involving rounding across primary care and specialty practices in the MetroWest Region (approximately 30 ambulatory practices) during standard practice hours to provide hands-on education, training, and real-time clinical support. When not rounding, the Clinical Educator has the flexibility to work remotely. The Clinical Educator is a key member of the Education and Training Team, supporting clinical staff such as nurses, medical assistants, orthopedic technicians, athletic trainers, and phlebotomists. The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of 15 educators and partnership with operations and ancillary departments to standardize training, implement best practices, and ensure equitable support across all Medical Group regions. This highly visible and autonomous position serves as a trusted resource, rounding with new and experienced staff, observing workflows, and developing targeted education based on real-time needs. It is suited for an experienced clinical professional who values collaboration, continuous improvement, and education in a dynamic environment.
