Essential Functions: Works closely with dentists and course attendees to ensure positive learning experience; assists with advance preparation of courses and logistics. Collaborates with instructors and on-staff clinicians to develop and oversee hands-on workshop materials that align with the Company’s continuing education course descriptions and symposia objectives. Delivers technical and product support for course and symposia attendees during hands-on workshops, ensuring effective engagement and understanding. Partners with internal production managers to manufacture hands-on workshop materials required for course and symposia, including but not limited to implants, dentures, surgical guides, prosthetic components, and models. Maintains ongoing communication with instructors to ensure hands-on demonstrations are fully understood and executed according to plan. Oversees the setup and breakdown of all hands-on workshop materials and implant equipment utilized in courses and symposia. Prepares, coordinates, and ships hands-on workshop materials and equipment for both on-site and off-site setups for continuing education courses. Manages inventory levels of materials and implant equipment; coordinates with Purchasing department to procure necessary items for continuing education courses and symposia. Travels to off-site continuing education courses to handle setup and breakdown of materials, support sales representatives, administer courses by checking in attendees, assists with participant inquiries, assists with catering, and provide hands-on workshop assistance. Assists with all legalities involved including continuing education (CE), licensing, regulation, and certification. Provides required documentation to governing CE boards for course participants. Evaluates current courses and curricula in order to identify new topic needs while adhering to CE regulations. Assists with drafting outlines for current and potential course offerings. Assists with marketing projects such as courses, marketing videos, and brochures. Researches dental education market and makes recommendations based on market needs and trends. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum one (1) year of clerical or project management experience required. Minimum one (1) year of dental background or experience preferred. Special Requirements/Certification: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred.
