About The Position
Centurion is the provider of mental health services to the Georgia Department of Corrections and is seeking a full-time Clinical Director for Valdosta State Prison in Valdosta, Georgia. The Behavioral Health Clinical Director will provide administrative guidance, consultation, and behavioral health leadership, coordinating clinical needs, and offering assessment and treatment for mental and emotional disorders in a correctional setting. Centurion Health partners with state and local governments across the nation to deliver comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and other community environments. Requirements
- Must have a Georgia license
- Be able to clear a criminal background check, drug test and NPDB
- Must become or currently be CPR certified
- PhD or PsyD Clinical Psychologist

- Provides administrative guidance, consultation, and behavioral health leadership to coordinate clinical needs and provide assessment and treatment of mental and emotional disorders of patients in a correctional setting
