Requirements

Must meet the definition of a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as defined by the Illinois Mental Health Code (LCSW, LCPC, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, PMHNP, LMFT, etc.)
We will also consider qualified LSWs or LPCs with CLINICAL LICENSE PENDING
Three (3) years of supervisory experience preferred
At least two (2) years of experience in direct care of individuals with psychiatric disorders
Experience with evidence based treatment modalities including wellness recovery action plans, illness management and recovery, dual diagnosis, and trauma informed care
Serve as a member of the leadership team
Demonstrated ability to act decisively and delegate authority
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Physician
Advanced practice nurse with psychiatric specialty

Responsibilities

Direct overall operations in collaboration with the Executive Director
Train and supervise staff
Oversight of the implementation of treatment programs
Develop Performance Improvement Project (PIP) tools to improve the delivery of care
Make recommendations regarding staffing and operations to the Executive Director
Oversee the assessment of all potential residents
Provide clinical case supervision of all treatment personnel
Develop and coordinate educational in-services
Coordinate referrals of residents to services the facility does not provide
Supervise the QMHPs, MHPs, CRRSs and RSAs
Ensure compliance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations
