About The Position

Behavioral health professionals are encouraged to consider a Clinical Director position with Liberty Healthcare and the Indiana Sex Offender Management and Monitoring Program. The mission of the Indiana Sex Offender Management and Monitoring Program is to promote public safety by reducing recidivism in convicted adult and adjudicated juvenile sexual offenders. In this role you will have the opportunity to help a significant number of people improve their behavioral health, prevent sexual abuse and victimization, and enhance safety in communities across the State of Indiana. As Liberty’s Clinical Director, you will serve in an important leadership role and be responsible for: Overseeing the delivery of clinical and professional services - including psychosexual assessment, sex offender specific therapy and psycho-educational groups, professional training, and treatment interventions at New Castle Correctional Facility, Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Facility, and Rockville Correctional Facility. Providing leadership, supervision and training to a team of licensed and unlicensed clinicians. Requirements
