What you bring to SBHG: Master's degree in social work, marriage & family therapy, or psychology from an accredited college or university required. One (1) year direct service experience with emotionally disturbed adolescents in a health care setting required (student internship and/or practicum time may be substituted). Experience working in an inpatient acute setting preferred. Licensed as AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC required. Valid CPR certification required within 30 days of employment. Valid ProAct certification required within 30 days of employment. How you will make a difference: Prepares a comprehensive written psychosocial evaluation and assessment for admitted clients. Participates in treatment team meetings and is responsible for a coordinated treatment plan for each client. Provides individual and family psychotherapy. Leads or co-leads psychotherapy, psycho-educational and therapeutic activity groups. Responsible for permanency planning including assessing client's readiness for discharge; coordinating and planning with treatment team; making appropriate referrals for placement, case management and aftercare services; and coordinating benefits with Business Office personnel. Prepares and submits client documentation in EMR according to specified timelines. Placement within the grade is determined based on experience, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.

Requirements
