Nestled in beautiful residential homes, our dedicated clinical team provides 24/7 care in a safe and supportive boutique setting with 6-8 clients per home. Our comprehensive clinical programming blends individual and group therapy with experiential therapies such as art, music, and equine therapy. In addition to psychological evaluations, we prioritize getting to know each client’s life story and personal history. This insight into their lived experience helps us craft a treatment plan that is as unique as they are, ensuring we address not just their symptoms, but the root causes of their struggles. Requirements

Minimum - Associate licensure (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) and active registration with the California BBS. Preferred - full independent licensure in California.
Master’s degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a behavioral health setting
Prior supervisory or clinical leadership experience
Possess valid driver’s license with ability to be insured by our auto insurance policy which includes, but not limited to, the following requirements: 4 continuous years of driving experience, 23 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years.
Ability to pass background checks (state, federal, Livescan, and ADP screening)

Nice To Haves

Fully licensed clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD)
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across multiple levels of care

Responsibilities

Oversee clinical operations and treatment planning for assigned programs
Provide supervision and mentorship to clinical staff, including associate-licensed clinicians
Design and implement engaging, evidence-based clinical programming
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission)
Collaborate with leadership on admissions, staffing, and performance initiatives
Conduct staff evaluations and provide ongoing performance feedback
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical team members
Report clinical outcomes and challenges to the Executive Director
Maintain a person-centered, culturally sensitive treatment environment
Uphold organizational policies, client rights, and ethical care standards
