The clinical director of a disease program is responsible for disease program clinical operations and serves as the essential link between cancer institute administration and the staff physicians. They are the representative of cancer institute administration in their practice sphere. They are responsible both for maintaining the highest quality standards of practice in their disease program but also for being agents of productive change, effectively communicating with their team. The Clinical Director will spend time at both AMC locations. This position is for a five-year term, potentially renewable for a second.
