About The Position

The RTC Residential Clinical Director provides leadership, oversight, and clinical supervision to the behavioral health team in a residential treatment setting. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality client care, regulatory compliance, and the ongoing development of clinical staff. The Clinical Director fosters a collaborative, trauma-informed environment and models professionalism, ethical practice, and client-centered care at all times.

Requirements

Active Arizona license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
3–5 years of clinical supervisory or management experience.
Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care principles.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Clear and professional communication skills with staff, clients, and families.
Active AZ LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license

Responsibilities

Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and performance oversight to clinical staff.
Ensure compliance with Arizona state regulations, licensing standards, and organizational policies.
Oversee treatment planning, clinical documentation, and quality assurance processes.
Promote and maintain a trauma-informed, collaborative treatment environment.
Model and uphold professional boundaries and ethical clinical practice.
Support staff training, professional development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with crisis intervention and escalated client situations as needed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive client care.
Travel between clinic locations within a 30-minute radius as required.
