About The Position

The evolvedMD Clinical Manager has the exciting opportunity to build and grow evolvedMD’s innovative mental health brand in an emerging market under the direction of a dynamic Regional Director. Responsible for supporting, training, and supervising a team of passionate therapists in the primary care setting, evolvedMD is inviting a collaborative, connected, and cross functional leader to join our talented team. With an industry-leading model that increases access to behavioral health when the demand is at an all-time high, the Clinical Manager will be tasked with leading, building, and coaching a clinical team and act as the liaison between evolvedMD and our partner primary care offices to ultimately drive outstanding patient care and outcomes. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field with one plus (1+) year relevant experience, including management and providing clinical supervision.
  • Active independent licensure and in good standing with state licensing board, including the ability to provide clinical supervision.
  • Prior history and success leading, managing, and motivating teams to deliver value and bottom-line results.
  • Proven experience optimizing resources to execute a plan in collaboration with a cross-functional team
  • Skilled clinician with experience working across the spectrum of adverse mental and behavioral symptoms.
  • Excited to build, grow, and coach a team of talented professionals.
  • Entrepreneurial, fun, intellectually curious, and passionate

Responsibilities
