About The Position

Sodexo is hiring a full‑time Clinical Dietitian to support Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center in Lancaster, PA. This role includes providing nutrition care for the hospital’s brand‑new Level II NICU and cross‑coverage for other inpatient units. NICU experience is preferred, but we will also consider new graduates with a NICU rotation in their internship. Requirements

Registered Dietitian credentials and be licensed in PA (or eligible)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good time management skills be a self-starter and a team player
Ability to work well with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff
Minimum Education Requirement: Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24: Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Credentials Requirement: Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years experienced practitioner able to work with minimal supervision
