About The Position

RD Nutrition Consultants is partnering with a healthcare facility in Washington State to hire a full-time Clinical Dietitian to support inpatient nutrition care. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically focused dietitian seeking a stable weekday schedule and meaningful patient impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition or related field
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or RD-eligible
• Active Washington State dietitian license
• Clinical dietetics experience preferred (1+ year ideal)
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
• Washington State Food Handler’s Permit
• Basic Life Support (Heartsaver) within three (3) months of hire

Nice To Haves

• Clinical dietetics experience preferred (1+ year ideal)
• EPIC experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct inpatient nutrition screenings and assessments
• Provide nutrition education for inpatients and outpatients
• Support patients identified at nutritional risk
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Document nutrition care in the EMR (EPIC experience preferred)
• Develop and update patient education materials
• Lead diet in-services and support staff training as needed
