About The Position

We are excited to offer an internal opportunity for a Clinical Development Specialist to play a key role in advancing our clinical research efforts. This position sits at the center of Clinical Development and Clinical Operations, helping to coordinate CT analysis, study execution, and external site needs across both carotid and coronary research. In this role, you will act as a central connector across teams, ensuring alignment with study protocols, GCP requirements, and operational timelines. You will drive project execution, manage workflows and case assignments, support CT analyst coordination (including Team Blue), and track key metrics to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of clinical studies. This is a highly collaborative role with visibility across Clinical, Operations, and cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in science or related discipline or 5 years related work experience. 2-5 years managing operational aspects of CT analysis with working knowledge of imaging from a user point of view. Excels in project management, organizational, and communication skills to clearly share best practices with the supporting teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical research associates, engineering, quality control and other clinical development teams as needed. Cardiac CT post-processing experience. Computer savvy, willing to learn new computer technologies. Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent collaborator across multiple disciples with a passion for win-win problem resolution. Salary Range: The anticipated base salary range for this position at Elucid is $95,000-$105,000. Compensation will be influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to internal pay equity, job-related knowledge, skills, education, relevant experience, certifications, and geography as outlined in the job description.
