About The Position

The Clinical Development and Engagement Lead is responsible for advancing the professional development, engagement, onboarding, and integration of MPOWERHealth’s Surgical Assist (SA) teams. This role partners closely with Clinical Leadership, Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, and Business Development to ensure a high-quality clinician experience from candidate assessment through long-term engagement and retention. The Lead serves as a key steward of clinical culture, clinician experience, and workforce growth.

Requirements

• Clinical background or significant experience working with surgical teams preferred
• Strong interpersonal, interviewing, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable working in a growth-oriented, evolving environment
• Willingness to travel as needed
