Clinical Coordinator (CC) (Full-time, 40 hours) Exempt BUILD, Inc. (Broader Urban Involvement and Leadership Development) is presently seeking a committed, self-motivated, and innovative individual to join our team. BUILD is a nationally respected gang intervention, violence prevention, and youth development organization based on Chicago’s West Side. The Clinical Coordinator will provide support for individuals, youth, and families impacted by or at elevated risk for community violence through trauma-informed crisis response, aftercare, service coordination, and resource navigation. Provides stabilization support, grief and family assistance, practical referrals, and linkage to behavioral health and community-based services to promote safety, healing, and long-term stability. This role will also support in ensuring MHTS program quality and strengthening department partnerships. The Clinical Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring services are trauma-informed, client-centered, and culturally responsive. This position will work closely with the Manager of School-Based Mentorship and Manager of Mobile Mental Health to ensure smooth coordination and quality programming.
