About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical coordination or a related area.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage complex schedules and partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain clinical affiliations to support nursing rotations and ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Coordinate student clinical placements, schedules, and site requirements to optimize learning outcomes.
  • Monitor and ensure students meet all clinical site prerequisites, including compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of student clinical hours and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to state, federal, and institutional regulations governing clinical education.
  • Provide administrative support and advising to students to address clinical-related inquiries and challenges.
  • Participate in required institutional meetings, professional development sessions, and training programs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the operational needs of the department.
