The Clinical Coordinator is a key position responsible for optimizing clinical workflow and maintaining high standards of patient care and operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this role places a strong emphasis on the training, development, and ongoing competence of optometric and ophthalmic technicians. The Clinical Coordinator serves as a mentor and educator, designing structured onboarding programs, facilitating continuous training, and ensuring that all technicians are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to provide exceptional care and support within a fast-paced clinical environment. Additionally, the role oversees equipment maintenance, quality assurance, and compliance, while supporting daily clinic operations and interdepartmental collaboration.
