We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and driven Certified Medical Assistant to join our West Ashley team as a Clinical Coordinator. Requirements

  • Certified Medical Assistant credential
  • Comfort in a hands-on clinical environment including taking vitals and administering injections
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and guide patients
  • Interest in nutrition, wellness, and helping patients reach their goals
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Nice To Haves

  • Previous medical, wellness, or aesthetic experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling, questions, and follow-ups
  • Check patients in and out while creating a welcoming and professional experience
  • Perform patient workups including taking vitals and preparing for provider visits
  • Administer injections within scope of practice
  • Provide education on nutritional guidance, services, and products
  • Support patients in understanding treatment plans and next steps
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
  • Assist with clinic organization, stocking, and maintaining a clean and professional environment
  • Contribute to monthly performance goals and team initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional patient journey
