What You’ll Do Provide leadership and oversight of medical and ancillary services, ensuring quality patient care, smooth operational flow, and excellent customer service. Supervise and support staff through hiring, evaluations, disciplinary actions, training, and professional development to foster workforce excellence. Maintain compliance and safety by overseeing equipment, supplies, infection control, hazardous waste disposal, and universal precautions. Deliver direct patient care including health history documentation, nursing procedures, medication administration, vaccinations, COVID testing, and care coordination. Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and continuous quality improvement while serving as a resource for electronic health record training and protocol updates.

Requirements

  • Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program or 2 year/Associate Degree in Nursing from a State accredited school
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA or American Red Cross
  • Active LPN NC License or CMA certification
  • Clean driving record with current NC driver’s license and approved by corporate vehicle insurance vendor for driving privileges

  • Minimum five (5) years of direct patient care experience as a healthcare professional.
