Clinical Content Training Associate – Midtown The Clinical Content Training Associate will deliver relevant training and support to practice managers to ensure appropriate collection of provider-driven scheduling preferences that enable the Access to Care Program. Access to Care is a broad access transformation initiative addressing patient experience, contact center operating model redesign, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with digital capability enablement. In addition, the Associate will design guided scheduling pathways by facilitating meetings and workflow demonstrations with clinical champions, practice administrators, contact center leaders, and more. The individual in this role will be a key team member within the Access to Care Central Support structure , and will work with Training & QA, Deployment, and practice managers to ensure all parties are well versed on the clinical content integration points that will enable appropriate patient navigation in the enterprise contact centers This position is based out of our corporate office in Midtown Manhattan and will work full-time Monday through Friday.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in outpatient clinical practice
  • 1+ years of experience in clinical operations role
  • Quality Assurance experience
  • Experience leading in a hyper growth, fast paced work environment
  • Administrative experience (e.g., basic understanding of stakeholder engagement and project management, timelines, and training)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a shared service and/or Contact Center environment
  • Project Management skills and experience in workflow design
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 1+ years of experience in clinical operations role
