This specific role is a FLOAT position for the North Region Urgent Care Clinics, covering locations such as Redmond, Bellevue, Issaquah, Sammamish, Bothell, Kirkland, Mill Creek, Shoreline, Lake Stevens, and Marysville. The position is full-time equivalent (0.9 FTE) with a day shift schedule of 8am-8pm (3 x 12-hour shifts). The Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant role offers an opportunity to expand healthcare involvement by performing clinical tasks and coordinating patient care within the MA-C license scope. This role involves high collaboration with the team to ensure optimal healthcare outcomes and patient experiences, providing excellent patient customer service and clinic management assistance. Unique earning potentials include a sign-on incentive up to $7,500 for external candidates (including new grads and experienced MAs), a $2.50/hour Indigo Premium, a $1.75/hour X-Ray Certification Premium (for certified employees), a $1.25/hour Weekend Differential, extra shifts and float incentives, and a monthly Indigo Incentive Program with a payout rate up to $300/month.

Requirements

Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) or Washington State Medical Assistant Interim Certification (acceptable for up to one year from issue date or until MA-C is issued, and MA-C license within 45 days of hire)
Current BLS Certification (or may be obtained through an in-house training program, depending on assignment)
For Idaho: Current CMA certification by AAMA, NHA or NCCT
For Idaho: WA state MA-C license, or WA state MA-R license required with endorsed by Indigo within the first 30 days of employment

Minimum one (1) year experience in physician's office or other medical facility

Responsibilities

Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes
Perform a variety of functions within the clinic setting requiring specialized knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data
Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients
