About The Position

The Clinical & Community Partnerships Lead will serve as a pivotal force in cultivating strategic alliances and driving sustainable growth within the New York City community and beyond. Tasked with identifying, securing, and nurturing partnerships, this role demands a sophisticated approach to relationship management, market analysis, and deal execution. The ideal candidate will embody a combination of entrepreneurial acumen and interpersonal finesse, capable of translating ReKlame Health’s mission into meaningful collaborations with diverse stakeholders. This professional will be equally adept at fostering high-impact relationships and delivering tangible business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in public health, social work, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in community outreach, partnership development, or business development within healthcare or behavioral health. Proven ability to build and sustain referral networks with healthcare providers, advocacy organizations, and community groups.
  • Community Knowledge: Strong understanding of the challenges faced by NYC populations in accessing behavioral health and addiction care
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional relationship-building abilities, with demonstrated success in influencing, engaging, and establishing trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently while achieving measurable results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools, project management platforms, and other digital communication systems to track performance and streamline workflows.
  • Location Requirements: Based in New York, with the ability to travel locally throughout NYC and surrounding areas for meetings, events, and community engagement. Willingness to dedicate up to 70% of the role to field-based activities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and actively manage a territory pipeline, self-generating the majority of leads.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly activity goals.
  • Meeting monthly partnership, referral volume, and admission targets, maintain a high conversion rate from referral to admission.
  • Leverage CRM to track all activities, progress, and ROI on outreach efforts.
  • Drive growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with organizational goals, including the establishment of referral networks and long-term collaborations.
  • Orchestrate the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initiation and contract negotiation to implementation and performance assessment.
  • Serve as a persuasive advocate for ReKlame Health during partnership discussions, demonstrating a nuanced understanding of the organization’s value.
  • Develop and sustain partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations, ensuring alignment with ReKlame Health’s mission and growth objectives.
  • Proactively identify high-value opportunities, leveraging an understanding of market trends and community needs to forge impactful collaborations.
  • Act as a trusted representative of ReKlame Health within the community, cultivating credibility and trust among key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across departments, including Marketing, Growth, Operations, and Customer Success, to ensure partnerships are seamlessly integrated into ReKlame Health’s service delivery and operational infrastructure.
  • Analyze partnership performance data to refine strategies, optimize outcomes, and identify emerging opportunities for expansion and innovation.
  • Provide regular feedback to internal teams, offering nuanced insights into community needs and market dynamics to drive organizational improvements.
  • Define and meet measurable objectives related to partnerships, referrals, and business growth, ensuring all activities align with ReKlame Health’s overarching strategic vision.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, leveraging data-driven insights to formulate actionable strategies for sustained success.
