The Clinical Case Manager is responsible for: Providing quality clinical support services and case management to assigned patients in accordance with Spectrum’s clinical design. Providing group treatment, under supervision, to clients using Spectrum curriculum and following group facilitation protocol as trained. Completing all required documentation for services as required by Spectrum and all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory bodies within established time frames. Adhering to patient contact expectations. Completing all outcome measurement tools as required by Spectrum, licensing, and payers in required time frames. Referring patients to appropriate services in the community as necessary. Adhering to all applicable Spectrum policies and procedures. Demonstrating respect for supervisors, co-workers, and clients. Consistently arriving for work on time and adheres to the program’s attendance policies.
