Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Clear background screening and compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
  • Valid driver’s license with insurable driving history.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification and TB clearance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology related to behavioral health.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and G Suite applications.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during treatment, ensuring continuity of care from intake through discharge.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans, identify key problem areas, and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure goals are measurable and achievable.
  • Facilitate individual and group sessions using Evidence-Based Practices.
  • Coordinate aftercare plans and make referrals to support long-term recovery.
  • Manage a caseload of up to 12 clients with regular documentation and treatment planning sessions.
  • Intervene in crisis situations and manage client transitions across levels of care.
  • Maintain active participation in clinical team meetings, quality assurance efforts, and ongoing training.
