BRIEF OVERVIEW OF DAYSPRING Dayspring Health is a faith-based community health center (FQHC) with a commitment to the poor and underserved in rural East Tennessee/South-east KY. The medical staff consists of Family Physicians, APP’s, BHC, dentists, and dental hygienists. We have five community health centers located in Williamsburg, KY / Jellico, TN, / Clairfield, TN. SERVICES WE OFFER… Comprehensive outpatient medical care including OB, School health for the local school district, Integrated Behavioral Health, SUD and MAT services, General Dentistry School Based and Nursing Home Dental Care CLINIC LOCATIONS Williamsburg Kentucky Jellico Tennessee Clairfield , Tennessee
